As a service Connect House has many successes, but we also make mistakes. What we believe in is a transparent culture and process in which we commit to sharing our mistakes with you as part of our learning process so that together, we can learn and improve what we do moving forward.

If you become part of the family at Connect House, either as a short-term resident on our Garden suite or a long-term family member in our Heritage suite, or as a relative, we pledge to keep you informed at all times and to involve you in decisions.

We have a transparent and open culture within Connect House and this underpins our learning and developing as a service. It echoes our values of honesty and the importance of trust within our home.
