Meet Our Home Manager – Linsey Lockley

We are proud to introduce Linsey Lockley, the Registered Home Manager at Connect House Care Home.

Linsey brings a wealth of experience and clinical knowledge to her leadership role, underpinned by her Diploma in Nursing and her qualification as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Her dedication to high-quality, person-centred care has been a consistent part of her journey in the care sector.

Linsey first joined Connect House as Deputy Home Manager in 2022, quickly becoming an integral part of the team thanks to her supportive approach, professionalism, and strong clinical oversight. In 2024, Linsey stepped into the role of Home Manager, continuing to build on the home’s excellent standards and working closely with residents, families, and staff to foster a warm, safe, and inclusive environment.

With her hands-on experience and clinical background, Linsey leads with compassion, integrity, and a deep understanding of the needs of both residents and staff. She is committed to maintaining the high-quality care that Connect House is known for, and she strives to ensure that everyone who calls the home their own feels valued, respected, and truly at home.

Under Linsey’s leadership, Connect House continues to thrive as a nurturing and welcoming place to live and work.
