Garden Suite

SPECIALISING IN NURSING & RESIDENTIAL CARE IN NOTTINGHAM

Garden suite is our assessment and reablement suite which provides short-term accommodation and care services in partnership with City Care. Connect House provide the accommodation, day to day care and support and any nursing input that may be required on a daily basis. All physiotherapy, occupational therapy, stroke reablement and discharge plans are managed by a City Care Team who are based on site Monday to Friday. Connect House do not govern the frequency of physiotherapy or have direct input in discharge plans and time frames but we are happy to pass on any queries you may have to the appropriate individuals.

Our Garden suite still has those homely touches with beautiful furnishings, however the environment is more functional to the needs of reablement. The space can feel quite busy with the number of individual health professionals on site and although the Well Being Team spend a great deal of time on the suite, these tend to be on a more one to one or small group basis due to the reablement plans of some of the individuals and time constraints.

Like Heritage, the Garden suite a well-equipped kitchen, communal lounge, dining area and conservatory. Surroundings are light and airy with direct access to the outdoors.
